Small Sided Games
3X3 & 4X4 are often referred to as small-sided-games (SSG).
SSG's are an ideal tool for developing technical, tactical and physical capabilities, while also boosting motivation for athletes during training. SSG's also increases the opportunities for players to score, have contact with the ball and to both attack and defend without the tactical regimentation that can occur in 5x5 competition.
